Remind yourself Nuraqilah. Learn to ignore and forget. Dwelling on it will kill you. You know laugh is the best meditation. So add more joy than sorrows in your life. That way, life will be much better and worry free. Stop giving second or third chance or maybe more. Be mean when you have to. Don't let your guards down.
