Your whispers she received every 11:20pm on two days was the only thing you can get through her. You're running around while she's standing there waiting for you to walk backwards. Then again, she won't wait. She was really sick with the continuous rain and her legs became numb. She gave up. Gone shifting shadows. The heart that once worked became hard and rotten.
